We had an independent evaluation of the impact of our Dear Daughter Campaign, completed in December 2023.
We welcome the opportunity to engage in evolution and feedback and strive to continually improve.
Ifrah Foundation actively keep fundraising, administrative and overhead costs to a minimum. We are conscious of our obligation to ensure value for money and work hard to make the most of the limited resources we have. We have a robust procurement policy and procedures, prioritising local procure of products and services.
We seek to recruit and work with professionals, specialists and community activists, based within the communities we are serving.
Ifrah Foundation has achieved the Triple Lock Standard by Charities Institute Ireland since 2023. This recognition is given to charities that uphold the highest standards of governance, transparency and ethical fundraising.
To be awarded the Triple Lock, charities must meet strict criteria in three key areas:
- Transparent reporting – making financial information clear, accurate and accessible
- Strong governance – ensuring sound leadership and accountability throughout the organisation
- Ethical fundraising – engaging respectfully and responsibly with donors and the public
Fewer than 2% of Ireland’s registered charities have achieved this standard. We are proud to be among them.
The Triple Lock is a visible mark of trust and evidence of our high level of governance. It means that Ifrah Foundation is professionally managed, open about its activities and focused on meaningful, measurable impact.
Ifrah Foundation is committed to being accountable for our actions and the decisions we take, that our interactions, activities and programmes are of the highest standards and that our staff conduct is always respectful of others.
We aim to listen to the needs, concerns, and views of those involved in our programme work (our donors and supporters, the communities and individuals involved in the activities we fund, our programme partners) as well as all other stakeholders.
We want to hear people’s feedback whether that is positive, identifying a concern or making a complaint. We promise to treat what people tell us seriously and to take appropriate action.
